Resumo
A comunicação via redes sociais exerce um papel essencial na construção e manutenção da identidade de uma marca, especialmente para instituições educacionais como a Fatec Taquaritinga. Este artigo explora o relacionamento entre a comunicação da Fatec nas redes sociais, a percepção da marca e os níveis de engajamento do público-alvo. A compreensão desses elementos é fundamental para desenvolver estratégias de comunicação eficazes, melhorando a visibilidade da instituição e fortalecendo o vínculo com seus seguidores online. O trabalho tem por objetivo identificar quais tipos específicos de publicações, seja em formato de texto, imagem ou vídeo, geram um maior nível de engajamento entre o público-alvo da Fatec Taquaritinga.
